Stop Transfer Order. In furtherance of this Agreement, concurrently herewith, the Stockholder shall, and hereby does authorize the Company or its counsel to, notify the Company's transfer agent that there is a stop transfer order with respect to all of the Subject Securities (and that this Agreement places limits on the voting and transfer of such shares); provided that, the stop transfer order shall not restrict or prohibit any Transfer of the Subject Securities if such transfer is made pursuant to the Offer or such Transfer is made at any time following the Expiration Date.
Stop Transfer Order. A stop transfer order shall be placed with the Company's transfer agent preventing transfer of any of the securities referred to in paragraph (a) above pending compliance with the conditions set forth in any such legend (except as otherwise provided in paragraph (a) above).
Stop Transfer Order. In furtherance of this Agreement, and concurrently herewith, each Stockholder shall and hereby does authorize the Company or the Company's counsel to notify the Company's transfer agent that there is a stop transfer order with respect to all of the Voting Shares. At the request of Parent, each Stockholder shall cause to be provided to Parent evidence of such stop transfer order.
Stop Transfer Order. In furtherance of this Agreement, as soon as practicable after the date hereof, the Stockholder shall hereby authorize and instruct MainStreet to instruct its transfer agent to enter a stop transfer order with respect to all of Shares for the period from the date hereof through the date this Agreement is terminated in accordance with Section 6 hereof.
Stop Transfer Order. The Company shall notify the Company's transfer agent that there is a stop transfer order with respect to all of the Subject Shares (as defined in the Voting Agreement) and that the Voting Agreement places limits on the voting of the Subject Shares.
Stop Transfer Order agree that the Company may place a stop transfer order with its registrar and stock transfer agent (if any) covering all documents, or certificates representing the Units, the Notes, the Common Stock or the Common Stock Underlying the Warrants.

Stop Transfer Order. In furtherance of this Agreement, the Shareholder shall and hereby does authorize and instruct UXP to instruct its transfer agent to enter a stop transfer order with respect to all of the Shares owned beneficially and of record by the Shareholder and all Shares acquired by the Shareholder after the date hereof.
Stop Transfer Order. The Investor agrees that the Company may place a stop transfer order with its registrar and transfer agent (if any) covering all Securities.

In furtherance of this Agreement, as soon as practicable after the date hereof, the Shareholder shall hereby authorize and instruct XBKS to instruct its transfer agent to enter a stop transfer order with respect to all of Shares for the period from the date hereof through the date this Agreement is terminated in accordance with Section 6 hereof.
