Common use of Stock Restriction and Registration Rights Agreement Clause in Contracts

Stock Restriction and Registration Rights Agreement. Concurrently with their execution of this Agreement, the University and the Corporation are entering into a Stock Restriction and Registration Rights Agreement of even date in the form attached hereto as Exhibit I ("Restriction Agreement") and the University shall hold the Stock subject to the terms thereof.
