Common use of Stock Plan Administration Service Providers Clause in Contracts

Stock Plan Administration Service Providers. Participant understands that the Company transfers his or her Personal Data, or parts thereof, to E*TRADE Financial Services, Inc. (and its affiliated companies), an independent service provider based in the United States which assists the Company with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan. In the future, the Company may select a different service provider and share Participant’s Personal Data with such different service provider that serves the Company in a similar manner. Participant understands and acknowledges that the Company’s service provider will open an account for him or her to receive and trade Shares acquired under the Plan and that he or she will be asked to agree on separate terms and data processing practices with the service provider, which is a condition of Participant’s ability to participate in the Plan.
