Stock Options and Other Incentive Awards. Upon Employee’s termination of employment with the Company for any reason, Employee’s rights to benefits and payments under any stock options, restricted shares or other incentive plans shall be determined in accordance with the terms and provisions of such plans and any agreements under which such stock options, restricted shares or other awards were granted.
