Common use of Stock Exchange Delisting Clause in Contracts

Stock Exchange Delisting. The Company and Parent shall cooperate and use reasonable best efforts to cause the delisting of the Shares from the New York Stock Exchange and the deregistration of the Shares and other securities of the Company under the 1934 Act as promptly as practicable after the Effective Time.

Stock Exchange Delisting. The Parent and the Company and Parent shall cooperate and use commercially reasonable best efforts to cause the delisting of the Company Ordinary Shares from the New York Stock Exchange and the deregistration of the such Company Ordinary Shares and other securities of the Company under the 1934 Act as promptly as practicable after following the Effective TimeTime in compliance with applicable Legal Requirements.
