Stock Based Compensation Sample Clauses

Stock Based Compensation. Executive will be eligible to participate in the Company's Employee Stock Purchase Plan and to be considered by the Compensation Committee for grants or awards of stock options or other stock-based compensation under the Company's Stock Incentive Plan or similar plans from time to time in effect. All such grants or awards shall be governed by the governing Plan and shall be evidenced by the Company's then standard form of stock option, restricted stock or other applicable agreement.

Stock Based Compensation. Employee shall be eligible for award grants from time to time consistent with the award grants made to similarly-situated officers of the Company as governed by the terms of the 1998 Employee Stock Incentive Plan, as may be amended, or any successor plan thereof (the “Stock Plan”), as determined in the sole discretion of the Compensation Committee.
Stock Based Compensation. (i) During the Term, the Executive will be eligible to be considered by the Compensation Committee for grants or awards of stock options or other stock-based compensation under the Company’s 2000 Stock Incentive Plan, as amended and restated on March 24, 2003 and as may hereafter be amended (the “Plan”) or similar plans as in effect from time to time. Stock Plan or any plan that may replace it, as from time to time in effect, to receive an award of stock options, restricted shares or other awards during the Term, at levels, on terms, and at such times as are generally applicable to other senior executives of the Executive’s level, in accordance with the Company’s long-term stock incentive program as in effect from time to time, provided that the Executive must be actively employed on the date of such grant.
