Stock Award Agreement. Contemporaneously with the execution of this Agreement, the Employee shall he granted an award of up to Fifty Thousand (50,000) shares of common stock of the Company, par value $.001 per share ("Common Stock"), whose issuance is conditioned on the Company meeting certain financial criteria. The terms of such award are as set forth in the Stock Award Agreement between the Company and Employee.
