Common use of Stock Availability Clause in Contracts

Stock Availability. The Provider agrees to lease the Stock to Company and Company agrees to take the Stock on lease for positioning at the Storage Location, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ 66, Jardim Itatinga, Campinas – São Paulo, Brazil CEP 13052-970. The provision, holding, use and disposal of the Stock and its review shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Stock is initially adapted to the Interim Fleet and shall be amended as required for Final Fleet Aircraft integration in this Agreement according to Clause 6 of this Exhibit 10.
