Sticker Program. Once per week volume-based program for which the Customer shall pay to the Contractor in proportion to the quantity of landscape waste put out for collection in approved containers. The Contractor shall have no obligation to collection Landscape Waste/Food Scraps in any container to which a sticker has not been affixed.
