STEROIDS Sample Clauses
The 'Steroids' clause defines the rules and restrictions regarding the use, possession, or distribution of anabolic steroids within the context of the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines whether steroids are prohibited, the consequences for violations, and any exceptions for medically prescribed use. For example, it may require participants to undergo drug testing or report any prescribed steroid use to the relevant authority. The core function of this clause is to ensure compliance with health and safety standards, promote fair competition, and mitigate legal or reputational risks associated with steroid misuse.
STEROIDS. State law prohibits students from possessing, dispensing, delivering, or administering an anabolic steroid. Anabolic steroids are for medical use only, and only a physician can prescribe use. Bodybuilding, muscle enhancement, or the increase of muscle bulk or strength through the use of anabolic steroids or human growth hormone by a healthy student is to a valid medical use and is a criminal offense. Students participating in UIL athletic competition may be subject to random steroid testing. More information on the UIL testing program may be found on the UIL Web site at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/health/steriod-information.
STEROIDS. Research shows with one exception the chosen panel of drugs covers the majority of drugs likely to be misused in prison. There is some evidence that steroid misuse is popular with certain groups of prisoners. From time to time steroid analysis will be required when a particular problem is identified in prisons. There may be a future need for the wider scale analysis of samples for steroids. The proposal should include a detailed protocol for the analysis and reporting of steroids.
STEROIDS. Please provide a detailed protocol for the analysis and reporting of steroids.
STEROIDS. Illegal Anabolic-androgen Steroids refer to those steroids listed as banned by the South African Institute for Drug Free Sports (SAIDS). It is a violation of conduct for any student to possess, ingest or otherwise use these substances without a written prescription from a licensed Doctor who is recognized as competent by the South African Medical Association. Illegal steroids will be subject to the Testing procedures and penalties as described in 7.1.
