Steps. Step 1. The aggrieved with his/her delegate or Union representative if he/she desires, shall discuss the matter with the employee’s immediate managerial supervisor, within five (5) days after the employee knows or should have known of the alleged dispute, in an attempt to resolve said grievance. After this step all grievances and responses must be in writing.
