Common use of Step Two Clause in Contracts

Step Two. Within ten (10) working days after receiving the Manager's reply to Step One above and such response is not satisfactory, the grievance may be submitted to the Vice-President or management designate who shall, within fifteen (15) working days hold a meeting between the employee and the Union grievance committee, not to exceed three (3) in number and the appropriate representatives of Management, in a final attempt to resolve the grievance. A Staff Representation of the Union and/or the Grievor may be present at this meeting if requested by either Party. The Vice-President shall within a further ten (10) working days give his decision in writing, on the grievance form and return it to the Union.

A Staff Representation Representative of the Union and/or the Grievor may be present at this meeting if requested by either Party. The Vice-President Director of Operations shall within a further ten (10) working days give his decision in writing, on the grievance form and return it to the Union.

A Staff Representation of the Union and/or the Grievor may be present at this meeting if requested by either Party. The Vice-President Chief Executive Officer (CEO) shall within a further ten (10) working days give his their decision in writing, on the grievance form and return it to the Union.

A Staff Representation of the Union and/or the Grievor may be present at this meeting if requested by either Party. The Vice-President Director of Operations shall within a further ten (10) working days give his their decision in writing, on the grievance form and return it to the Union.

Step Two. Within ten (10) working days after receiving If the Manager's reply to Step One above and such response decision of the immediate Supervisor is not satisfactory, the grievance may be submitted to the Vice-President or management designate who Manager within three (3) working days of the receipt of the written response in Step One. The Manager shall, within fifteen five (155) working days hold a meeting between the employee Union Grievance Committee and the Union grievance committee, not to exceed three (3) in number and the appropriate representatives of Management, Management in a final further attempt to resolve the grievance. A Staff Representation Representative of the Union and/or the Grievor may be present at this meeting if requested by either party. The grievor may be present at this meeting if requested by either Party. The Vice-President Manager shall within a further ten three (103) working days give his the decision in writing, on the grievance form and return it to the Union.
