Common use of Step Two Clause in Contracts

Step Two. If the grievance remains unresolved following the STEP ONE process, the grievance may be submitted to the Xxxxxxx within ten (10) Days of the STEP ONE reply. The Xxxxxxx shall convene a meeting with the Employee, the Office of the Xxxxxxx, and the Union representative(s) to discuss the grievance within ten (10) Days of the receipt of the grievance and shall respond to the grievance, in writing, within seven (7) Days of this meeting.

Step Two. If the grievance remains unresolved following the STEP ONE process, the grievance may be submitted to the Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, or designate, within ten (10) Days of the STEP ONE reply. The Xxxxxxx shall convene a meeting with the Employee, the Office of the Xxxxxxx, and the Union representative(s) and Academic Affairs to discuss the grievance within ten (10) Days of the receipt of the grievance and shall respond to the grievance, in writing, within seven (7) Days of this meeting.

Step Two. a) If the grievance remains unresolved following the STEP ONE process, the grievance may be submitted to the Xxxxxxx Xxxx of the Faculty in which the Employee works. Such grievance shall be submitted within ten (10) Business Days of the STEP ONE reply. The Xxxxxxx Xxxx (or designate) shall convene a meeting with the Employee, the Office of the Xxxxxxx, Employee and the Union representative(s) to discuss the grievance within ten (10) Business Days of the receipt of the grievance and shall respond to the grievance, in writing, within seven ten (710) Business Days of this meeting.

Step Two. ‌ If the grievance remains unresolved following the STEP ONE process, the grievance may be submitted to the Xxxxxxx Office of the Xxxxxxx, with a copy to the appropriate person in the Faculty/Department in which the Employee works, which may be the Xxxx, within ten (10) Days of the STEP ONE reply. The Office of the Xxxxxxx shall convene a meeting with the appropriate Employer representative, the Employee, the Office of the Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx and the Union representative(s) to discuss the grievance within ten (10) Days of the receipt of the grievance and shall respond to the grievance, in writing, within seven (7) Days of this meeting.

The Xxxxxxx person designated by the Employer (or designate) shall convene a meeting with the Employeeemployee, the Office of the Xxxxxxx, up to two (2) Union representatives and the Union representative(sup to two (2) Employer representatives to discuss the grievance within ten (10) Days days of the receipt of the grievance and shall respond to the grievance, in writing, within seven (7) Days days of this meeting.

The Xxxxxxx person designated by the Employer (or designate) shall convene a meeting with the Employeeemployee, the Office of the Xxxxxxx, up to two (2) Union representatives and the Union representative(sup to two (2) Employer representatives to discuss the grievance within ten (10) Days days of the receipt of the grievance and shall respond to the grievance, in writing, within seven (7) Days days of this meeting.
