Common use of Step Two Clause in Contracts

Step Two. In the event that a resolution of the grievance, satisfactory to the Union and the Employer, does not result at Step One, an attempt to resolve the grievance shall be made between the employee, the shop chairperson and/or a Union representative and a person or persons designated by the Employer. This step must be taken by notice in writing within five (5) days of the date on which the written answer was delivered in Step One.

Step Two. (a) In the event that a resolution of the grievance, satisfactory to the Union and the Employer, does not result at Step One, an attempt to resolve the grievance shall be made between the employee, the shop chairperson and/or a Union representative and a person or persons designated by the Employer. This step must be taken by notice in writing within five (5) days of the date on which the written answer was delivered in Step One.

Step Two. In the event that a resolution of the grievance, satisfactory to the Union and the Employer, does not result at Step One, an attempt to resolve the grievance shall be made between the employee, the shop chairperson Shop Chairperson and/or a Union representative Representative and a person or persons designated by the Employer. This step must be taken by notice in writing within five (5) days of the date on which the written answer was delivered in Step One.

Step Two. In the event that a resolution of the grievance, satisfactory to the Union and the Employer, does not result at Step OneOne (1), an attempt to resolve the grievance shall be made between the employee, the shop chairperson xxxxxxx and/or a Union representative and a person or persons designated by the Employer. This step must be taken by notice in writing within five (5) days of the date on which the written answer was delivered in Step One.

Step Two. In the event that a resolution of the grievance, satisfactory to the Union and the Employer, does not result at Step One, an attempt to resolve the grievance shall be made between the employee, the shop chairperson Shop Xxxxxxx and/or a Union representative and a person or persons designated by the Employer. This step must be taken by notice in writing within five (5) days of the date on which the written answer was delivered in Step One.

Step Two. In the event that a resolution of the grievance, satisfactory to the Union and the Employer, does not result at Step One, an attempt to resolve the grievance shall be made between at a meeting attended by the employee, the shop chairperson Shop Xxxxxxx and/or a Union representative and a person or persons designated by the Employer’s Director of Labour Relations or his designate. This step must be taken by notice in writing within five (5) days of the date on which the written answer was delivered in Step One.

Step Two. In the event that a resolution of the grievance, satisfactory to the Union and the Employer, does not result at Step One, an attempt to resolve the grievance shall be made between the employee, the shop chairperson Shop Chairman and/or a Union representative and a person or persons designated by the Employer. This step must be taken by notice in writing within five (5) days of the date on which the written answer was delivered in Step One, and this meeting will be scheduled within fifteen (15) days of delivery of the notice.

Step Two. In the event that a resolution of the grievance, satisfactory to the Union and the Employer, does not result at Step One, an attempt to resolve the grievance shall be made between the employee, the shop chairperson and/or a Union representative and a person or persons designated by the Employer. This step must be taken by notice in writing within five (55 ) days of the date on which the written answer was delivered in Step One.

Step Two. In the event that a resolution of the grievance, satisfactory to the Union employee and the Employer, Supervisor does not result at Step One, an attempt to resolve the grievance shall be made between the employee, the shop chairperson xxxxxxx and/or a Union representative and a person or persons designated by the Employer. This step must be taken by notice in writing Director of Human Resources, within five (5) 10 days of the date on which that the written answer response at Step One was delivered in Step Onereceived.

Step Two. In the event that a resolution of the grievance, satisfactory to the Union and the Employer, does not result at Step One, an attempt to resolve the grievance shall be made between the employee, the shop chairperson and/or a Union representative and a person or persons designated by the Employer. This step must be taken by notice in writing within five ten (510) days of the date on which the written answer was delivered in Step One.

Step Two. In the event that a resolution of the grievance, satisfactory to the Union and the EmployerCompany, does not result at Step One, an a further attempt to resolve the grievance shall be made between the employee, the shop chairperson Shop Xxxxxxx and/or a Union representative and a person or persons designated by the EmployerCompany. This step must be taken by notice in writing within five (5) days of the date on which the written answer was delivered in Step One.

Step Two. ‌ In the event that a resolution of the grievance, satisfactory to the Union and the Employer, does not result at Step One, an attempt to resolve the grievance shall be made between the employee, the shop chairperson and/or a Union representative and a person or persons designated by the Employer. This step must be taken by notice in writing within five (5) days of the date on which the written answer was delivered in Step One.

Step Two. In the event that a If no satisfactory resolution of the grievancegrievance is reached at STEP ONE, satisfactory to then within three (3) working days of receipt of the Union and the EmployerSTEP ONE response, does not result at Step One, an attempt to resolve the grievance shall be made between presented in writing by the employee, employee or the Union and signed by the shop chairperson and/or xxxxxxx and forwarded to the Director of the Department of Public Works. The Director or his/her designee shall render a decision and present it to the grievant and Union representative and a person or persons designated by the Employer. This step must be taken by notice in writing within five (5) working days of after the date on which the written answer grievance was delivered in Step Onefirst presented to him/her.

Step Two. In the event that a resolution of the grievance, satisfactory to the Union and the Employer, does not result at Step One, an attempt to resolve the grievance shall be made between at a meeting that may be attended by the employee, will be attended by the shop chairperson Job Xxxxxxx and/or a Union representative and a person or persons designated by the Employer’s Senior Representative on the job site or RVP. This step must be taken by notice in writing within five seven (57) calendar days of the date on which the written answer was delivered in Step One.

Step Two. In the event that a resolution of the grievance, satisfactory to the Union and the Employer, does not result at Step One, an attempt to resolve the grievance shall be made between at a meeting that may be attended by the employee, will be attended by the shop chairperson Job Xxxxxxx and/or a Union representative and a person or persons designated by the Employer’s Senior Job Site Representative and Senior Human Resources Manager or their designate. This step must be taken by notice in writing within five seven (57) calendar days of the date on which the Employer’s written answer was delivered received in Step One.

Step Two. In the event that a resolution of the grievance, satisfactory to the Union and the Employer, does not result at Step One, an attempt to resolve the grievance shall be made between the employee, the shop chairperson Shop Xxxxxxx and/or a the Union representative Business Representative, and a person or persons designated by the Employer. This step must be taken by notice in writing within five ten (510) days of the date on which the written answer response was delivered in Step One.
