Step Movements Sample Clauses

Step Movements. Employees shall move from Step A through Step Q of this Agreement. At the beginning of each fiscal year, employees will move to the next step in Appendix B representing an increase, from their current step. The City's fiscal year starts on July 1 of each calendar year. 1. Any employee hired between the periods of July 1 and December 31 of each year of this Agreement, shall receive a step increase on the start of the next fiscal year. 2. Any employee hired between the periods of January 1 and June 30 of each year of this Agreement, shall receive a step increase on the start of the second fiscal year.
