Step I - Informal. 1) The complaining teacher shall discuss the complaint with their building principal or immediate supervisor in a face-to-face meeting. This meeting shall be held within fifteen (15) days of the act, omission, or condition which is the basis of the complaint. Failure to hold this meeting waives the complaint.
