Step 0. It is in the interests of all parties to seek an early resolution to differences. Discussions at Step 0 between the parties shall be in the form of a meeting to investigate a possible grievance, or to discuss a possible resolution, prior to the formal filing of a grievance by any party. Should satisfactory settlement not be reached, the grievance shall be processed in accordance with Clause 7.05.
