Steam. Title to and risk of loss with respect to all Steam will pass to and rest in Sunoco upon such Steam being made available to Sunoco at the Steam Delivery Point in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Haverhill shall bear the risk of loss with respect to Steam until its delivery to the Steam Delivery Point.
