Steam Condensate Clause Samples
Steam Condensate. Refinery Company shall retain all steam condensate for steam delivered to Refinery Company hereunder and Fertilizer Company shall retain all steam condensate for all steam delivered to Fertilizer Company hereunder.
Steam Condensate. CRRM shall retain all steam condensate for steam delivered to CRRM hereunder and CRNF shall retain all steam condensate for all steam delivered to CRNF hereunder.
