Ste p. The employee shall submit the grievance, i n writing, and signed by him, to h i s immediate supervisor. The employee may be accompanied by a Union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. The immediate supervisor w i l l deliver h i s decision i n writing within five ( 5 ) days following t h e day on which t h e written grievance was presented to him.
