Stay of Time. In the event a court of competent jurisdiction or other Person mutually selected by the parties to resolve any dispute (collectively a "Court") has determined that Stockholder has violated the provisions of this Agreement, the running of the time period of such provisions so violated shall be automatically suspended as of the date of such violation and shall be extended for the period of time from the date such violation commenced through the date that the Court determines that such violation has permanently ceased.
