Statutory Terms. The following terms shall have the respective meanings provided for in the Code: “Accounts”, “Cash Proceeds”, “Chattel Paper”, “Commercial Tort Claim”, “Deposit Account”, “Documents”, “Equipment”, “Fixtures”, “General Intangibles”, “Goods”, “Instruments”, “Investment Property”, “Letter of Credit Rights”, “Noncash Proceeds”, “Proceeds”, “Record”, “Securities Account” and “Supporting Obligations”.
Statutory Terms. Authorized Purchaser’s performance under this Contract is conditioned upon Contractor’s compliance with the obligations intended for contractors under ORS 279B.220, 279B.225 (if applicable to this Contract), 279B.230 and 279B.235 (if applicable to this Contract), which are incorporated into this Contract by reference. Contractor shall, to the maximum extent economically feasible in the performance of this Contract, use recycled paper (as defined in ORS 279A.010(1)(gg)), recycled ▇▇▇▇ products (as defined in ORS 279A.010(1)(hh)), and other recycled plastic resin products and recycled products (as “recycled product” is defined in ORS 279A.010(1)(ii)).
Statutory Terms. The University and ABCTB acknowledge that if, under applicable State, Territory or Commonwealth law, the Recipient is a consumer: (a) certain warranties or conditions may be implied in this agreement; or (b) certain guarantees may be conferred on the Recipient and certain rights may be conferred on the Recipient, which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.
