Common use of Statutory Reports Clause in Contracts

Statutory Reports. The Depositary shall make available for inspection by Holders at the Depositary’s Office, at the office of the Custodian and at any other designated transfer offices any reports and communications received from the Company which are both (a) received by the Depositary, the Custodian or the nominee of either as the holder of Deposited Securities and (b) made generally available to the holders of Deposited Securities by the Company. In connection with any registration statement relating to the Receipts, the Company and the Depositary shall each furnish to the other and to the Commission such information as shall be required to make such filings.
