Common use of Statutory Funds Clause in Contracts

Statutory Funds. None of the Assets are subject to any liability to which Buyer may become obligated in respect of amounts received by Seller for the purchase or improvements of the Assets or any part thereof under restricted or conditioned grants or donations, including monies received under the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. § 291 et seq.).

None of the Assets are subject to any liability to which Buyer may become obligated in respect of amounts received by Seller Group for the purchase or improvements improvement of the Assets Assets, the Facilities, or any part thereof under restricted or conditioned grants or donations, including monies received under pursuant to the Public Health Service Act (Xxxx-Xxxxxx Act, 42 U.S.C. § §291 et et. seq.), or other Legal Requirements relating to health care facilities that remain unpaid or which impose any restrictions on the Facilities or the Assets.
