Status Reporting. On a daily basis, the Contractor shall deliver to the State a report of all open issues, the status, priority and estimated resolution time for each such issues, and a list of all issues closed in the preceding seven (7) Days. Such report shall be of form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the State and shall be sent to recipients identified by the State. This report may be provided through secure access to a Web portal listing all State issues.
