Common use of Status of Liens Clause in Contracts

Status of Liens. The Collateral Agent, for the ratable benefit of the Secured Parties, will at all times have the Liens provided for in the Collateral Documents and, subject to the filing by the Collateral Agent of continuation statements or financing change statements to the extent required by the Uniform Commercial Code, the PPSA or the Civil Code, as applicable, the Collateral Documents will at all times constitute valid and continuing liens of record and first priority perfected security interests in all the Collateral referred to therein, except as priority may be affected by Permitted Liens.
