Status of Faculty Member. 17.8 A Faculty Member shall retain regular status while participating in these Plans. A Faculty Member on an exchange or secondment to a position outside of the bargaining unit shall retain the Faculty Member’s employment status and membership in the bargaining unit during the period of the exchange or secondment.
