Status of ANUTECH. ANUTECH warrants and covenants that it enters into this Agreement as agent for and on behalf of ANU having full power and authority so to do, and with the express consent of ANU, to the intent that each and every of the warranties, covenants, terms and conditions of this Agreement are given by and bind both ANUTECH in its own right and ANU.
