Stats. The purpose of this agreement is to award financial assistance from the Clean Water Fund Program. This agreement also discloses the terms and conditions of this award. This agreement is only effective when signed by authorized officers of the municipality, the State of Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, and the State of Wisconsin Department of Administration.
