Station Ad Serving Sample Clauses

The Station Ad Serving clause defines how advertising content is delivered and managed by the station within a broadcasting or streaming agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the station's responsibilities for inserting, scheduling, and tracking advertisements during programming, and may specify technical requirements or reporting obligations. Its core function is to ensure that ad delivery is handled consistently and transparently, thereby providing clarity for both the station and advertisers regarding how and when ads will be served.
