(a) Not later than the Remittance Date, the Servicer shall furnish to the Owner a monthly statement (a "Monthly Remittance Advice") containing such information in the form of FNMA form 2010 or such other form as shall be required by the FNMA Guides or by the Owner in hard copy or electronic medium mutually acceptable to the parties as to the accompanying remittance and the period ending on the preceding Determination Date.
