Common use of Statements to Certificateholders and Noteholders Clause in Contracts

Statements to Certificateholders and Noteholders. On each Determination Date, Servicer shall provide to Indenture Trustee (with a copy to each Rating Agency) written instructions for Indenture Trustee to forward to each Noteholder of record, to each Paying Agent, if any, and to each Certificateholder of record, a statement substantially in the form of Exhibit A setting forth at least the following information as to the Notes and the Certificates to the extent applicable: (a) the amount of such distribution allocable to principal of each class of Notes and to the Certificate Balance of the Certificates; (b) the amount of such distribution allocable to interest on or with respect to each class of Notes; (c) the Pool Balance as of the close of business on the last day of the preceding Collection Period;
