Common use of Statements to Certificateholders and Noteholders Clause in Contracts

Statements to Certificateholders and Noteholders. (a) On each Distribution Date, the Indenture Trustee shall include with each distribution to each Noteholder and the Owner Trustee shall include with each distribution to each Certificateholder a statement (which statement shall also be provided to each Rating Agency) based on information in the Servicer's Certificate furnished pursuant to Section 4.08, setting forth for the Collection Period relating to such Distribution Date the following information:

Statements to Certificateholders and Noteholders.
