Common use of Statements, Confirmations and Notices of Adverse Claims Clause in Contracts

Statements, Confirmations and Notices of Adverse Claims. The Escrow Agent will send copies of all statements, confirmations and other correspondence concerning the Escrow Account simultaneously to the Company and the Trustee at the addresses set forth in Section 12(f) of this Agreement. If any person asserts in writing any lien, encumbrance or adverse claim against the Escrow Account or in any Financial Asset carried therein, the Escrow Agent will promptly notify the Company and the Trustee thereof.
