Statements, Confirmations and Notices of Adverse Claims. Upon receipt of written notice of any lien, encumbrance or adverse claim against the Account or against any Financial Asset or funds carried therein (other than any lien in favor of the Administrative Agent), the Intermediary will promptly notify the Administrative Agent and the Pledgor thereof in writing at the addresses set forth on Schedule A attached hereto.
