Common use of Stated Termination Date Clause in Contracts

Stated Termination Date. The definition of “Stated Termination Date” set forth in Annex A to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting such definition in its entirety and replacing it with the following: “ ‘Stated Termination Date’ means March 28, 2018.”
