Common use of Stated Term Clause in Contracts

Stated Term. The stated term (the “Stated Term”) of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and end on July 19, 2006. If neither party gives written notice of termination at 30 days prior to the end of the Stated Term or any extension of the Stated Term, this Agreement shall be automatically extended for a period of one year (an “Extended Year Term”) on the same terms and conditions as then in effect.
