Common use of Stated Maturity Dates Clause in Contracts

Stated Maturity Dates. The entire outstanding principal amount of the Notes shall be payable on January 14, 2022, subject to Section 2.06 and Section 3.02.

Stated Maturity Dates. The entire outstanding principal amount of the Notes shall be payable on January 14August 5, 20222029, subject to Section 2.06 and Section 3.02.

Stated Maturity Dates. The entire outstanding principal amount of the Notes shall be payable on January 14May 13, 2022, subject to Section 2.06 2.07, 2.08 and Section 3.024.02.
