Stated Maturity Dates. The entire outstanding principal amount of the 2032 Notes shall be payable on July 30, 2032 and the entire outstanding principal amount of the 2037 Notes shall be payable on July 30, 2037, in each case subject to Section 2.07, Section 2.08, Section 2.09 and Section 4.02.
