Common use of State Tax Matters Clause in Contracts

State Tax Matters. Subscriber agrees that it shall be responsible for all sales, use, or other similar taxes imposed upon the purchase and sale of the Services (and any other transaction contemplated by this Agreement) by any governmental authority having jurisdiction over Subscriber, the System, or SPC if any.
