While employee is a resident of Connecticut, the restrictions on use or disclosure of Confidential Information in Section 3 will only apply for three (3) years after the end of Employee’s employment, where information that does not qualify as a trade secret is concerned; however, the restrictions will continue to apply to trade secret information for as long as the information at issue remains qualified as a trade secret.
