Common use of STATE PROVIDED SERVICES Clause in Contracts

STATE PROVIDED SERVICES. Should the approved proposals place an obligation on the State itself to provide any services or facilities of the kind mentioned in paragraph (i) of Section 18.01(a) or require the State to procure and accept the responsibility of the provision of any such services and facilities the State will provide or procure the provision of the same but (unless the approved proposals otherwise provide) subject to the following conditions namely —
