OFFLOADING WITHIN COMMONWEALTH Subject to Section 22.03 the Joint Venturers will not at any time during the continuance of this Agreement unless the Minister otherwise permits offload or permit to be offloaded any iron ore products shipped pursuant to this Agreement at a place within the Commonwealth.
