Common use of State Materials Clause in Contracts

State Materials. The State hereby grants to Contractor the limited, royalty-free, non-exclusive right and license to State Materials solely as necessary to incorporate such State Materials into, or otherwise use such State Materials in connection with creating, the Work Product. The term of such license will commence upon the State’s delivery of the State Materials to Contractor, and will terminate upon the State’s acceptance or rejection of the Work Product to which the State Materials relate. Subject to the foregoing license, the State reserves all rights in the State Materials. All State Materials are considered Confidential Information of the State.
