STATE EXECUTIVE. The City shall give release time with pay to the State Executive of the Association to conduct official business necessary for the performance of the duties of his respective office, provided such release time does not interfere with the emergency requirements of the Fire Department if such request is made to the Chief of the Fire Division in advance of such leave.
