State Approval. Ultimately, the State shall determine the proper valuation of the Boat Slip, and the sales tax related thereto. Should the State require additional funds from the Association related to Purchaser’s acquisition of the Boat Slip, Purchaser agrees to remit to the Association such funds required to be paid to the State within thirty (30) days of being provided with information from the State to the Association requiring such payment.
