Common use of State Apportionment Funds Clause in Contracts

State Apportionment Funds. State apportionment funds are those funds paid by the state in support of approved program offerings of the NCTA. Students enrolled in both a high school and the NCTA may be claimed for up to a total of 1.6 FTE basedon their enrolled hours. Both the NCTA and the student's resident district are limited to claiming a maximum of 1.0.
