STANDY TIME. As a result of a salary settlement reached in the Agreement effective June 19, 1978, no employee under this Agreement shall receive standby pay.
STANDY TIME. (a) Due to staff limitations, it may be necessary for the Chief of Police to schedule an employee to be on a telephone standby alert available for duty at the Central Police Station within thirty (30) minutes of notification by the Chief of Police to handle overtime work which may arise during other than his/her normal working hours.
