Standards of Conduct and Training. 16. Aon shall implement company-wide written standards of conduct regarding Compensation from insurers, consistent with the terms of this Agreement, subject to approval of the Superintendent, which implementation shall include, inter alia, appropriate training of relevant employees, including but not limited to training in business ethics, professional obligations, conflicts of interest, anti-trust and trade practices compliance, and record keeping.
