Common use of Standards for Services Clause in Contracts

Standards for Services. Services provided by the Architectural Designer shall meet the standards established by the School District. These standards shall include the Architectural Designer’s submittals of phase submissions to the School District for its review. The Architectural Designer shall include a mandatory electronic filing with the School District of the Phase Submission Checklist with each phase submission. The website address for obtaining a hard copy of the Phase Submission Checklist has either been included in the RFP or can be obtained from the assigned School District representative for the Project. All relevant elements of the Phase Submission Checklist must be completed by the Architectural Designer. Models and renderings shall not be required for this Work of the Architectural Designer as a Basic Service and are Additional Services.
